Manage or cancel your subscription

Boosted UK doesn't take payments itself. Your subscription lives on whichever service you paid with, MEE6 or Patreon, so that's where you change or cancel it. Not sure which one? Check your bank or card statement: the charge says MEE6 or Patreon.

Subscribed through MEE6

You paid on the Boosted UK membership page on mee6.xyz.

  1. Open the Boosted UK page on MEE6 and log in with the same Discord account you subscribed with.
  2. Your current plan shows as active. Press Manage (or your plan's menu) to open MEE6's billing page.
  3. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
  4. You keep your tier until the end of the period you've already paid for. The Discord role is removed automatically after that.

To switch tier instead of cancelling, cancel the current plan and subscribe to the new one from the same page.

Subscribed through Patreon

You paid on patreon.com/BOOSTED_UK.

  1. Go to patreon.com/settings/memberships (Settings → Memberships) and log in if asked.
  2. Find BOOSTED_UK in the list and press Edit.
  3. Choose Cancel membership at the bottom and confirm, or pick a different tier on the same screen to upgrade or downgrade.
  4. You keep your tier until the end of the period you've already paid for. Make sure your Discord is connected to Patreon (Settings → Connected apps) or the role can't be managed automatically.

Still being charged, or the role didn't update?

Open a ticket in the Boosted UK Discord with your Discord name and which service you paid on, and staff will sort it out, including cancelling it for you if you'd rather.
