Summer Madness — Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Boosted UK Summer Madness RTX 5070 Giveaway ("Giveaway") and form a legally binding agreement between participants ("you") and Boosted UK ("we", "us", "our").

1.2 By entering the Giveaway, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1.3 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be announced via the official Boosted UK Discord server. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2.1 Two (2) NVIDIA RTX 5070 GPUs are available as prizes across two separate competition tracks:

• Speed Run Challenge — one (1) RTX 5070
• Creator Challenge — one (1) RTX 5070

2.2 The Giveaway runs from 19 June 2026 at 00:00 (BST) to 1 September 2026 at 01:00 (BST) ("Event Period"). Winners will be announced after the Event Period closes.

3.1 To be eligible to participate and win a prize, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must be a resident of the United Kingdom (UK).
• You must hold an active Tier 2 subscription to Boosted UK in order to access the Giveaway server. Your Tier 2 subscription must remain active on the closing date of the Event Period (1 September 2026 at 01:00 BST).
• You must be aged 18 years or over. Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close relative of Boosted UK.

3.2 If your Tier 2 subscription lapses or is cancelled at any point before the close of the Event Period, you will lose access to the Giveaway server and will be ineligible to win a prize, regardless of any times or credits previously recorded.

3.3 Eligibility is assessed at the close of the Event Period. Participants who do not meet all eligibility requirements at that time will be disqualified.

3.4 We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility from any winner. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within seven (7) days of request will result in disqualification.

4.1 To enter the Speed Run Challenge, participants must set their fastest lap time on the High Force Speed Run Server on the Boosted UK platform during the Event Period.

4.2 The participant ranked 1st on the leaderboard at the close of the Event Period (01:00 BST on 1 September 2026) will be declared the provisional winner.

4.3 If the participant in 1st place does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3, the prize will cascade to the next eligible player on the leaderboard, and so on, until an eligible participant is identified.

4.4 Leaderboard positions are subject to anti-cheat review prior to the announcement of the winner (see Section 7).

5.1 To be eligible to enter and remain in the Creator Challenge, you must, throughout the Event Period:

• Hold the Verified Creator role in the Boosted UK Discord server;
• Hold an active Tier 2 subscription to Boosted UK, and keep that subscription active for the full duration of the Event Period (a lapsed or cancelled subscription at any point will result in ineligibility, regardless of any playtime, lap times, stream sessions, or content previously recorded);
• Stream on Boosted UK at least twice per rolling seven (7) day period and post the link to each stream in the designated live-link channel in the Boosted UK Discord server; and
• Post at least two (2) Boosted UK related videos per rolling seven (7) day period in the designated creator channel in the Boosted UK Discord server.

5.2 In addition to any base playtime allowance, participants will earn extra playtime on the High Force Speed Run Server for:

• Each qualifying Boosted UK related video link posted in the designated creator channel; and
• Each qualifying stream link posted in the designated live-link channel for a stream broadcast on Boosted UK.

Only original, Boosted UK related content qualifies. Duplicate links, re-uploads or re-posts of the same video or stream, links to content unrelated to Boosted UK, and links to streams not broadcast on Boosted UK will not be credited. The specific amount of extra playtime awarded per qualifying post is determined by Boosted UK and may be adjusted during the Event Period at our discretion.

5.3 Failure to meet any of the ongoing requirements in clause 5.1 in any rolling seven (7) day period during the Event Period will render the participant ineligible to win, regardless of their position on the Creator Challenge leaderboard. Eligibility is assessed continuously across the Event Period and finally at its close.

5.4 Earned playtime may be used at any time during the Event Period to access the High Force Speed Run Server and set lap times. Once a participant's playtime balance is exhausted, they may not continue setting lap times until additional playtime is earned.

5.5 The content creator with the fastest lap time on the Creator Challenge leaderboard at the close of the Event Period (01:00 BST on 1 September 2026) will be declared the provisional winner.

5.6 If the content creator in 1st place does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Sections 3 and 5.1, or has failed to meet the weekly requirements at any point during the Event Period, the prize will cascade to the next eligible content creator on the leaderboard, and so on, until an eligible participant is identified.

5.7 Playtime balances, posted video links, posted stream links, and lap times are logged and reviewed by the Boosted UK administration team. In the event of a dispute, our records are final, subject to Section 11.

5.8 Streaming, content creation, and link posting must be conducted in good faith and in accordance with Section 7. Sessions or posts that are found to be idle, automated, duplicated, off-topic, or otherwise conducted in breach of these Terms will have the relevant playtime credit removed, and any lap times set using improperly earned playtime may be invalidated.

6.1 All participants are expected to compete honestly and in the spirit of fair play. Boosted UK is committed to maintaining a competitive environment that is fair, fun, and free from manipulation.

6.2 Participants must not engage in any behaviour that disrupts the experience of other participants or damages the reputation of Boosted UK.

8.1 We reserve the right to disqualify any participant at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe they have breached these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct set out in Section 7.

8.2 Disqualification is final. Disqualified participants forfeit any right to a prize and will be removed from all leaderboards and records relating to the Giveaway.

8.3 We are not obliged to explain the specific grounds for disqualification in all cases. Where a participant is disqualified, we will endeavour to notify them where reasonably practicable.

8.4 Repeated or severe breaches may result in permanent removal from the Boosted UK community and all associated platforms.

9.1 Two (2) prizes are available, each consisting of one (1) NVIDIA RTX 5070 GPU (or equivalent replacement model of equivalent or greater value, at our discretion).

9.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.

9.3 We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

9.4 Prize delivery is limited to addresses within the United Kingdom. Boosted UK accepts no liability for loss, damage, or delay in delivery once a prize has been dispatched.

9.5 Winners are responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of a prize.

10.1 Winners will be contacted via their registered Boosted UK Discord account following the close of the Event Period and completion of the anti-cheat review.

10.2 Winners must respond and provide a valid UK delivery address within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, which will be awarded to the next eligible participant.

10.3 Boosted UK reserves the right to publicise the winners' usernames or Discord handles. If you object to being named, please notify us at the time of claiming your prize.

11.1 Any dispute regarding eligibility, leaderboard positions, stream credits, or the outcome of the Giveaway should be raised with a Boosted UK administrator via the official Discord server within seven (7) days of the event or decision in question.

11.2 All decisions made by Boosted UK in connection with the Giveaway, including but not limited to eligibility determinations, disqualifications, and prize awards, are final and binding.

11.3 We will endeavour to consider disputes fairly and in good faith, but reserve the right to make final determinations at our sole discretion.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boosted UK and its organisers, administrators, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any technical failures, server interruptions, or platform outages affecting participation in the Giveaway.
• Loss of data, lap times, or stream credits due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from participation in or exclusion from the Giveaway.

12.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13.1 Personal data collected in connection with the Giveaway will be processed in accordance with Boosted UK's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR.

13.2 By participating, you consent to the use of your Discord username and, where applicable, your name, for purposes related to the administration and promotion of the Giveaway.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15.1 Any queries regarding these Terms or the Giveaway should be directed to the Boosted UK administration team via the official Discord server.
